Hi Barclay.  I hope all is well with business and otherwise for you.  We’ve been in our new home for a little over 2 months now and I finally have a minute to send you a “thank you” message to you personally and your staff at Barclay Butler Financial.  As you may recall, my attempt to purchase a new house and obtain financing was a very challenging experience.  During my application process, the lender was going through organizational changes internally which affected my approval, by causing delays additional paperwork etc…  From the very first phone call I had with you, I felt that you knew exactly how to guide me and your extensive experience in this industry was evident.  The challenges I faced with obtaining financing were out of my control and yours but I was able to jump every hurdle that was placed in front of me with direction from you.  We are incredibly grateful that we were able to close on our new home and I couldn’t be happier.  I still grin every day that I pull into my driveway and I think to myself…”we did it!”
